Tornadoes... how do they work?

Tornadoes have become very common in Kentucky. Normally, in most places, tornadoes start become an either small or big part of the weather forecast once we start to enter Summer and end Spring. But, why Summer, why now, why tornadoes, how? Tornadoes are formed when two different air masses combine to form: a tornado. Mostly before a tornado there are thunderstorms, which is an event that has occured many times before we have a tornado warnings and watchs. Why? Tornadoes and thunderstorms are made with the same kind of air masses, dry and warm and dry and moist. Summer can have these types of masses off and on, but when they combine; a tornado or thunderstorm. It is always important to know the safety of a tornado, and one of the most important things is to be ready and safe.
